THERAPY IN LITTLETON & ONLINE ACROSS CO + CA
EMBODY YOUR most AUTHENTIC SELF.
Specialized therapy for neurodivergence, disordered eating, & the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
You’ve always felt like it was just easier to do and be what others wanted —
but now? You’re not so sure.
Growing up, you learned that having the acceptance and approval of others was the most important thing. This has driven you to succeed in some ways, but also driven you away from your true self. You put on a sort of mask in front of others—a version of yourself that you think will please them or at least keep you from being made fun of or rejected—and this constant pretending is exhausting. All of this hiding has led to a deep fear that you might be found out. Not to mention that everyone else seems to have this life thing under control, and despite spending a ton of time and energy trying to control things, you don’t even really know who you are.
You’ve tried therapy before, and while it might’ve helped in some ways, you still feel stuck in a never-ending cycle. Whenever a therapist has asked “How do you feel about that?” you wanted to scream “I DON’T KNOW!” You can’t help but feel a bit defeated by the process, but also know that how you’ve dealt with your problems on your own hasn’t worked.
-
You’ve tried doing things the way everyone else does and living up to the expectations of others, but it’s only led to frustration and self-loathing. You see yourself as disorganized and lazy, and often procrastinate to the point of panic. Then, when you’re too panicked to move forward, you feel like a failure. You’re under pressure, anxious, and fed up with trying to fit in. You just want life to feel less overwhelming.
-
When you think about your body or food, you can’t help but feel a little uneasy. You question whether you can trust your instincts around hunger, fullness, and cravings and have never really “loved” your body the way everyone says you should. Maybe you've spent years yo-yo dieting, or have been to treatment for disordered eating in the past, but you still can’t shake the feeling that something’s off. You’d love nothing more than to turn off the voice in your head constantly saying negative things about what you eat or how your body looks, and be free from the anxiety and shame that comes along with it. But, you can’t seem to stop yourself from acting on the thoughts you have.
-
The things you experienced as a kid—maybe things like a difficult relationship with your family, bullying, or abuse—have made it hard to trust other people, and even yourself. You want to feel connected to others and accepted for who you are, but you’re not really sure that’s possible.
Maybe you’re struggling with…
Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to hide anymore.
I SEE YOU. YOU ARE CAPABLE OF CHANGE & WORTHY OF THE THINGS YOU WANT OUT OF LIFE.
Hi, I’m Meghan!
Together, we’ll think outside the box to create a lifestyle that works for you.
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey where your voice matters. I draw from a variety of approaches, because therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all experience. Whatever approach we take—whether it involves processing through art therapy activities, psychoeducation, or something else—I’ll adapt it to suit you, so you can take what’s relevant and what helps, and leave the rest on the shelf. After all, you’re the expert on you.
What’s most important to me, though, is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and free to be yourself. We’ll talk, laugh, get serious, and sometimes sit with the uncomfortable stuff. I’m committed to being fully non-judgmental and open, and I encourage you to give feedback and even call me out if needed. I’m a fat-positive, anti-diet, weight-neutral provider and enjoy working on a multidisciplinary team—which can include a nutritionist, psychiatrist, or other providers—when needed. Through the connection we’ll build together, you’ll learn to navigate and heal your relationships outside of therapy, too.
SURE, I’M A THERAPIST—BUT I’M A PERSON FIRST.
I’m open about my identity as a queer, fat, ADHD person, and believe that acceptance doesn’t mean you have to be happy with everything—it just means recognizing things as they are (for now). I show up authentically in sessions (which means I say “fuck” a lot more than the average therapist) and can share my own experiences (when appropriate) so you can feel less alone in yours.
Our work will be about identifying and aligning with your values, separating from what’s no longer serving you, and committing to actions that support your goals. Together, we’ll acknowledge (and sometimes laugh at) what we can’t control, and thrive in what we can.
What would life be like if you could embrace change & stop worrying about things you can’t control?
Let’s work to realize that life—one where you know yourself, accept your limitations, & release shame—together.

HOW TO GET STARTED
01
reach out
Click here to schedule a free consultation. On this video call, we can talk about what’s led you to seek therapy and you can get a feel for if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule your first appointment.
I work with adolescents and adults 15 and older, and offer walk-and-talk sessions in Littleton as well as online sessions anywhere in Colorado and California. Along with the areas of specialty noted above, I can also help with anxiety, depression, and childhood or relational trauma.
02
be heard
Show up to therapy as you are and never worry about being “too much” or keeping up appearances. I want to see the real you, so I can help you see how great that person really is.

We’ll explore your past, define your values, and learn tools to make life feel a little easier. Then, you’ll be able to grow, connect, and create a life beyond what you thought was possible.
